Peering Archipelago Beaches

An executive from renowned developer once said, the coast is the most potential area. Compared to other regions, coastal areas have a high sales value so it is more tempting to be developed. He cited many coastal regions of the world including in America and Europe which evolved into the most expensive region. As an archipelago country, Indonesia does have a lot of beautiful tropical beaches. In fact, compared to the islands of foreign tourist destination in Fiji, the Caribbean, or Bahamas, the beaches of the homeland is no less charming. The beach in question was not only Bali the island of gods  which already global. There are many other beautiful beaches that have not worked optimally, particularly in eastern Indonesia. Not only the scenery above water is spectacular, the waters in eastern Indonesia was also awarded the beautiful marine park. No wonder if then the urban human that mostly set foot on remote islands that has beautiful beach-locked in eastern Indonesia  are the divers.

Because Indonesia is an archipelagic country, the access to get to the eastern Indonesia not only expensive, but it also takes a relatively long time since not every day a plane or ferry operates to the destination. For example, to getting the island of Banda in Maluku Islands, from Ambon city there are only a flight on a particular day. Thus, inevitably takes at least a week for a vacation to the island of Banda. This beautiful island with rich history and spices is the main reason for the colonial Portuguese, Dutch, and English for control of Indonesia.

In Central Sulawesi there are Islands of Togian that by those who've been dubbed the "heaven on earth". Compared to places far flung in eastern Indonesia, where it is relatively more affordable. From Jakarta it takes about three days to get there and three more days to go back. There are two ways to get to the Togian Islands, firstly, from Palu, which was continued for 8-10 hours by road to pass through the town of Poso toward Ampana with mini-bus travel. Arriving at Ampana, connected with a ferry trip for 4-5 hours which only leaves every Saturday.Total journey is three days, because we have to stay in the cities visited. The second option is through Gorontalo, and spliced during the 12-17 hour ferry ride with destination Wakai every wednesday and saturday.

Moving further east, the options available to visit the tiny islands in the cluster of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). To achieve this, generally must go through Bali's first, then connected with a small plane with a capacity of about 50 people. Because these connection route is only for aircraft that fly to various destinations in NTT one time every day, we must carefully plan the trip. Do not get too close to departure time specified in choosing a flight to Bali if you do not want to miss the plane to NTT. To be safe, most visitors usually spend the night before in Bali, before the next morning heading for NTT's most popular tourism destination which is the Labuan Bajo. From the capital of West Manggarai, tourists later went to Komodo Island to see the ancient reptiles and enjoy the beautiful islands uninhabited.

Because of the long travel time to get to various places in eastern Indonesia, the foreign tourists who mostly arrive. Raja Ampat Islands in West Papua, for example, the first known abroad than in Indonesia. Among divers around the world, Raja Ampat is a dream destination. Strong currents are often milling about in this region makes a variety of fish species like crowded waters. In fact, not infrequently the view of divers are sometimes covered by hordes of reef fish swim to and fro. Raja Ampat is one of the few places left in the world that are rich diversity of marine life with coral-reefs healthiest ever.

Other destinations are gaining in popularity is the Wakatobi, "paradise under the sea" in Southeast Sulawesi. Wakatobi which means "island blacksmith" was 97 percent in the area consists of waters and located in the triangle of the world's most beautiful coral reefs. To reach the tourist sites only passable sea route. Despite having an airport named Matahora, not all flights can land at the airport, because the airport is owned by one investor tour manager. To open the sea transportation routes Wakatobi Regency Government is building an airport along the 1,600 meters in order to prepare for the arrival of Merpati Airlines.
